[Fot] Display Pavilion and the PVGP 2022

We should put a plaque on it.

After PVGP we have some plans to take it to the Moss Motorfest in June 2023 as part of a Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.    It’s a big event with a major anniversary celebration.
