 Wow this is sad news, he was one class-act, a true gentleman...RIP Bill, we're gonna miss you, you may be gone but we have the memories, all good.

I am heartbroken.  Bill is one of my longest and best racing friends.
There are endless numbers of stories of which Bill is the center.  He is one of the funniest people I have ever known.  It will mean even more when his TR3, ole blue, shows up at a race.
