[Fot] Sparkplugs

I have been using NGK-BP7HS in my TR4. Recently I have been trying to buy some new ones and everybody is out of them or they are NLA. A couple of places have said that they are being replaced by NGK-BPR7HS. Has anybody else ran into this? I don't think it is COVID related.

The R stands for Resistor. Can I use the replacement?
