 My engine is my heater, providing radiant heating.  My fan has 2 speeds: zero and full.Joe(B)

 Awesome!  That should be a new Kastner Cup qualification requirement.  Every car has to have a working heater, including a minimum of two fan speeds.  Tires are free.
