[Fot] Fully equipped machine shop for rent

Common issue, apparently, the machinist i work with is 70, Reading Pa, would like to sell or lease to own. He’s been trying for a few years.

If anyone has any ideas how one would advertise to find someone both qualified and interested in running a machine shop please let me know.
