Yes. I wanted to get closer to the peddles, but extend my arm reach, so I cut the seat where the lap belts pass and reclined the back more.  I also squeezed the back rest to fit closer.  I created a perfect seating position for myself.  I made mounting attachments, but a wrench is needed to move the seat for and aft and tilt/recline.
