Henry,

Thanks for the HF43 and Kastner Cup update! Curious. If registered, should registrants also be receiving the "Dear Competitor" letter?  I began receiving VSCCA emails soon after I registered in early February (as well as the HF43 registration confirmation email), but not the HF43 emails.

Let me know if I need to follow up or something to receive the "Dear Competitor" email.

For those of you who have not yet registered or are not on the mailing list, I am forwarding Skip Barber's update on the Historic Festival 43 at Lime Rock Park, the 2025 home of the Kastner Cup! 
As you can see, we already have 28 Triumphs registered, we are off to a great start! Thanks to everyone who has pulled the trigger and registered, remember if you need to cancel you will get a 100% refund all the way up to two weeks before the event. There is no reason to put off registering, if you are planning on coming and have not registered yet, please do so. It really helps us with the planning.

Dear Competitor,

Del Monte Trophy Group coming from California. About 10 early 50's cars, mostly "specials" as was the norm in the West when the Torrey Pines road racing started. We're working on how to accommodate these cars, our War Era, pre and post-war classes, plus anticipated new entries (the 1950 Cunningham Cadillacs, both "Le Monstre" and "Petit Pataud"), and the appropriate cars from Group 3 and Group 6. More on this in a couple of weeks.

Kastner Cup for Triumphs. 28 cars entered at this time. Also working tent in B Paddock for the Friends of Triumph and a static display of unusual and special Triumphs that aren't racing in A Paddock.

Formula Junior will have a dedicated group and paddock area.

Toyo Historic World Challenge. We are going to do more frequent and timelier (and briefer) newsletters like this going forward. In a couple of weeks, we'll cover Toyo Historic World Challenge, Ragtime Racers, the Competitors Dinner, and the Paddock displays (at least 6), plus a few fun surprises.

Sunday Concours. In conjunction with the Kastner Cup racing events, this year's Concours will showcase Triumphs in prewar, postwar, and competition form. It will also honor Ferrari's iconic V-12 GTs, including a rare 250 GT Berlinetta SWB, and pay tribute to influential design legend Giorgetto Giugiaro. 

Additional highlights include the timeless elegance of Stutz, classic Porsche 356s, and the 120th anniversary of Rolls-Royce. Other classes will celebrate Chrysler's Hemi-powered heritage, the inventive spirit of early postwar American sports cars, and our ever-popular Preservation class. Thursday's Parade leaves the track at 5:00, runs 17 miles on scenic roads through local towns, and includes a street fair in Falls Village with music and entertainment. Open to competition cars and two-door sporting cars built before 1975. Hugely popular. Last year, we had 275 applications for 125 spots.
