[Fot] Pitt Race Complex

 2nd hand, but I read it's one of the flatter pieces of land in the immediate area and it's right next to a power related facility that's very valuable to things like data or distribution centers and they were offered a king's ransom for it.

owners were offered huge money from developers looking to build yet
