I just had my 100 cam reground and lifters resurfaced by Delta Cams in 
Washington, although I don't have any miles on them yet they look good, and 
the total cost with shipping was something like $115, and they sent me a 
free t-shirt--I am usually stunned by high prices, not the other way around.

I believe other lister have used them as well and been happy.

They are easy to find with a web search.
