[Healeys] Ran when parked, runs now

My neighbor two doors down--Bill Favor, a member of the Capital Area AHC--has 
a BJ8 that last "ran when parked" about 15 years ago.  Bill has been doing 
lots of work to it over the last few months and just lately started going 
through the starting, ignition and fuel systems preparatory to starting it up.  
 
I was in his garage just a few minutes ago when he fired it up for the first 
time--it cranked nicely and fired right off, idling smoothly.  Aside from a 
leak around the base of the radiator neck there were no apparent problems.  What 
a wonderful sound....
