[Healeys] Mechanic/Hard Starting

I heard (or read) somewhere that's it's a good idea to press the 
accelerator pedal all the
way to the floor before pulling the choke out.  It's easier on the 
chokes and cables, plus
you might get an extra silly millimeter on the choke pull, which might help.
