Kenny,

You didn't say where you moved from. Could it be that you moved from a 
higher altitude to sea level and need to enrich your mixture? (Bay area 
air?...exactly!) In cold weather the engine should require enrichment to 
start and that need will be more critical if the mixture is on the lean 
side. Also check that the jet tubes are pulling fully down when you pull the 
choke out. Maybe the cables or linkage are too slack or binding.
