[Healeys] Hardtops and axles

Paul, I looked for 3 years for my BJ7 (same hardtop as BJ8) before finding
Nical Engineering (Nick Freeman) in England.... I believe he was at the
Conclave in San Diego.  Certainly not as easy as finding something this side
of the pond, but at least you can get one and it doesn't need restoring.
