[Healeys] List email length - becoming a problem?

Listers,

My last two emails to the list were pretty short responses to prior
listings, and both returned the 'management 3k' response.

Seems to me that this is/has become a problem in that 'normal' comms
are typically more than 3k and the limit should be revised to about 5K
maybe.

What do you think?
