If you must make a new brake lever, I'd be very careful. There are reasons
why it is one of the thickest pieces of metal in any car.

Or, I'd recommend having custom brake and clutch levers
welded up for the car.  The brake lever would be no problem, the clutch you
need to be careful because you don't want to reduce the throw on the clutch
pedal.
