[Healeys] newsletter software

We have a new member who has volunteered to produce our local Healey club  
newsletter. We are interested in purchasing a software package to  assist him in 
the production of the newsletter. What do you recommend that  runs on 
Microsoft & is reasonably easy to learn to use & also is  flexable & creative?
