[Healeys] Oligopoly & gas prices

At a station outside El Paso a few weeks ago we bought premium (91 octane) for $3.69/gal, 20 cents less than the advertised price for regular (10 cents less than the mid-grade).

We didn't argue, and never did figure out why (maybe they were trying to unload some "old" gas?).
