[Healeys] 3000 fuel pump access

[BJ8 Healeys]

Greg, the BJ8 rear seat pans have four studs that project through the fixed seat structure and are secured wtih nuts from below.  The fuel pump will be accessible after removing the right rear wheel, which you have to do to remove the seat nuts anyway.
