FWIW - once you have the size from the Girling catalogue, you may wish to
consider ordering from Pegasus Auto Racing, which sells Girlings by size,
with a selection of pushrods and screw-on clevises (clevii?).

 

I found their prices to be quite reasonable - I think the non-Girling repros
Moss sells may be more expensive because of the custom pushrods with
welded-on clevises.
