Todd, I had to use a high speed cut off wheel to cut off the top part (threaded part) of the kingpin, before the trunnion would come off. Be careful not to damage the trunnion, you can buy new kingpins several places (some of dubious quality) but I don't know where you'll find the trunnion. Good luck, George Vernau Sr
