around $100 a pop and are not restricted by line of sight.

Does anyone have any experience with using inexpensive ($100  or less)  
hand held two-way radios to communicate between lead and sweep cars to  
help keep groups together?  Do they work OK?  Any recommendations on  
brands or models?
