I have a friend who is looking at a 100-6 that has no tag on the block. He is interested in an original car and wants to know if it has the correct engine. Is there any casting numbers on the block that will identify a 100-6 motor vs. a 3000 motor? Follow up question would be - Would a replaced engine block diminish the value of a 100-6 or not? TIA Bob
