Yes we do (walk on the left) and as someone who has spent the last 14 years
overseas in "drive on right" and in fact "walk on right" territory, it is
still confusing, although mostly now it's on my occasional visits to the UK.

I've noticed that not only do we Americans keep
right when driving, we do it
when walking on sidewalks or down a hallway as
well.  Do the British "Walk
left"?
