So folks go to:

SELECT "Technical" button AFTER you figure out how to
re-size your monitor to see it.  Then scroll down to the
"Safety" box.

THEN select the ninth [9th] Article:
"Third Brake Light" or the tenth [10th] Article:
"Third Brake Light Another Method".
