"Acts of God" are certainly covered by most insurance.  If a tree blows down 
and crushes your car, your policy should pay for the repairs.  There may be 
some liability on the part of the tent company for not anticipating the "Act 
of God" and preparing their tents so they would not blow down.  Others may 
also have some negligence but, the policies on the individual cars should 
certainly cover the damage to those cars.
