[Healeys] steps to remove/replace side shift tranny

I know there was some info on the steps to pull the tranny a while ago, I
did an archive search, but only found  the question, not the answer.

I also checked out John's wonderful site, but no joy.

Please provide a link or the steps, as we are going to upgrade to BJ8 clutch
form the BT7 on my car next weekend. I have access to a machine shop to work
on my BT7 lightened flywheel.
