[Healeys] Broken Studs on seat rails

I suggest contacting a company called Click Bond.  They have studs mounted to
5/8" discs that can be epoxied on using a very strong epoxy that takes a
hammer to get them off.  I have used them to mount sensors and they are mainly
used in the aircraft industry.  They come with a neat mounting kit that has
everything you need to do the job.
