[Healeys] Gas tank bottom seal

Can you tell by looking at it? This seal doesn't look like it would absorb water--it almost looks like solid rubber
only much lighter and more compressible. The old seal, which I got from Moss 20 or so years ago, does not have the
wedge-shaped profile (give Moss credit for improving the product over time).

I replaced my boot pan last year. It rusted through at the rear, next to the shroud, likely due to water getting past
the boot lid seal (more defective British parts--it only lasted 45 years). There is no rust around the rectangular hole
in the boot that the gas tank rests in.
