[Healeys] Break in procedure

Hi Larry,

I guess if my cam rounds a lobe, I won't have to worry about whether my piston
rings are sealing.  :)  Sounds like we need a back to back comparison of
break-in procedures.

to the
    rest of your engine during this process? Or are they just making
sure their bit is covered?

and lifter break-in,  Most cam manufacturers recommend
              running
at 3000 rpm at start-up and varying engine speed
              for about 1/2
hour.  I'd also want a ZDDP rich oil or
              additive in there as
