[Healeys] Brake Fluid

I have an OTC 4598 brake fluid tester I bought on amazon.com.  Not sure 
how well it works yet.  The tool doesn't show much water in the fluid 
for the two or three cars I've tested (brake fluid couple years old or 
newer).  FWIW.
