[Healeys] Spare tire

I just finished reading the April newsletter from RockAuto.com, and the
first paragraph of the I Never Tire from Car Repairs caught my attention:


"My current generation Dodge Challenger did not have a spare tire, jack or
> lug wrench. Over the years, the Challenger's optional wheels have outgrown
> the spare tire well in the trunk. Cars like mine, with large 20-inch wheels
> (51 cm), came from the factory with just a small air compressor and can of
> tire sealant."


Apparently, our Healeys, with the small trunks consumed by the spare tire,
were ahead of their time and merely lacked a small air compressor and a can
of tire sealant.

So, in the spirit of old vs. new, has anyone replaced the spare tire with a
can of tire sealant?
