This happened to me with some motorcycle parts a few years back---I ended up
writing to the State's attorney generals office----an investigation
ensued--the guy was arrested (he had done this to a lot of people) and I got
my part--luckily.

I was also lucky enough to have a Healey lister who lived near his visit his
place to get more info for me.

some used parts I needed for a TR3. The owner (Wayne Bier)  send me several
emails saying that the parts would be shipped as soon as possible. As of

with this behavior and this is the first time it happens to me and I just
want
fellow listers to be aware.
