[Healeys] good upholstery vendors

Hey all,
I have used most of the available upholstery vendors out there over the years
to include Moss and Heritage.  However I have had the best overall results
with Jonathon Skinner and AH Spares out of UK. Quality and fit is outstanding
and their pricing is less than Moss and certainly less than Heritage and even
adding the shipping costs to the States, still end up being less overall.  I
have found with Moss, who I feel is an outstanding vendor BTW, they seem to
cut the patterns so close that when you go to pull everything here and there
to get the right fit and look, you are real close to not having enough leather
or vinyl to work with.  For an amateur trimmer, me, my 66 year old hands need
more leather or vinyl to grip ! On my last two Healey's I used AH Spares on a
BN6 and Skinner on the 100M.  If you're looking for a red interior, AH Spares
has gone back to the almost burgundy red where with Jonathon Skinner, you can
get that color or what I felt was more correct, more red than burgundy.  The
door cards I got from Skinner are the best I have seen from any of the above
mentioned vendors.
