[Healeys] Aluminum vs Copper/Brass Radiator?

This decision may soon become academic as it becomes increasingly difficult
to find someone with the know-how to repair brass/copper radiators, and
since the new aluminum units are designed to be replaced rather than fixed
it is doubtful that anyone will acquire the skills in the future.

Here in Southern Maryland the one guy who ran an old-fashioned radiator
shop closed his doors several years ago. It was neat to visit his
place--he had a couple of large immersion tanks for leak-testing radiators
and there was a naked gas flame always burning for--I guess--lighting up
his torch.
