The problem is with incoming mail. The list server sends out lots of 
email. The receiving and forwarding servers treat the email as spam 
because it comes in large quantities. It is then blocked or bounced 
back to the list server. Because the list server receives the bounces 
it blocks the receiver; you.

I don't know what can be done.
