[Healeys] Healeys list bounces -- but not Shop-talk?

When a list server sends large volumes of email some servers (open 
relay ones such as ATT, SBC, Yahoo) will reject the mail as spam. It 
has to do with volume. The list server sends out lots of email. The 
receiving and forwarding servers treat the email as spam because it 
comes in large quantities. It is then blocked or bounced back to the 
list server. When the list server receives lots of bounces, from the 
same address, it will stop sending to that address.

I don't know what can be done.
