[Healeys] More old maxims

Torque specifications:
Tighten it up till it screams
Tight until it start to get loose then back off 1/4 turn
Tighten it as far as it will go and then 1/2 turn more.  (angle torque)
Torque to 5 duggas on your 1/2" impact  (Dugga-Dugga-Dugga-Dugga-Dugga)
