[Healeys] Gearabox rebuild in UK - any recomendations?

Any you think the problem maybe only with one (second) gear???

Remove the shift boot and see if the problem goes away. A lot  of time I see that the gear lever jams against the boot and the tunnel. Not allowing the transmission to go completely into gear.

A friend of mine is having problems with his BJ8 gearbox. Despite 1 thorough rebuild (with a lot of new parts from Denis Welch I believe) and another 2 mechanics that took it apart and back, it still has the same problem – it jumps out of 2nd gear when driving steady (do acceleration or deceleration).

 

Anyone knows a good rebuild service for these gearboxes in UK? Germany is also an option, as it’s close to Poland, too..
