[Healeys] dino oil, synthetic, then dino oil

One more oil question...
I changed from Castrol 20/50 to lucas race oil (synthetic) can I change
back to Castrol, or use Castrol High milage, which is another synthetic?
Thanks. At least I know I want 20/50 and know about how much my car is
worth :)
