[Healeys] Four cylinder woes

Definitely something to do with the Dizzy if you ask me - weights / springs
/ vacuum advance.

Have you run a timing light on it and see what the advance says ad
different RPMs?  You can mark TDC on the pully with a marker and see what
happens when you run up the revs.  If it advances steadily as you speed up
the motor, then it might be the carbs but I still think it's the dizzy.
