[Healeys] Gearbox Noise

Hi Charlie,
Initially I would have guessed that either the gear on the input shaft or
the large gear on the laygear have (has) a damaged tooth but, the fact that
you cannot hear the noise in 3rd gear, makes this a bit of a mystery.
None of the gears in a Healey gearbox have any load on them when the box is
in 4th gear but in 3rd they do.
Please let us know what you find...I would guess broken tooth or teeth.
