IMHO the glory of the 100 for normal road use is the bottom end torque.
I have no idea how the aluminium heads perform relative to the cast iron in
this regard but, unless you have competition in mind, I would recommend
staying as stock as possible.
You will find that the engine sounds somewhat different with the alloy head
but you have to be around 100's a lot to know the difference.
