[Healeys] Differential vs BN2 OVERDRIVE

I've only rebuilt my BJ8 gearbox a couple times, but haven't had any
visible wear on the needle bearings. Last rebuild, I replaced them 'on
principle.' I wonder if using synthetic gearbox oil helps preserve them?
