[Healeys] Ordering from Denis Welch

Hmmm, I’ve definitely ordered with my Visa from Denis Welch (from Canada) mind you, it wasn’t as large amount as you would be talking about.
My problem was that they didn’t have a favourable rate with a shipper-the way the other  U.K. suppliers do.
