I have a four poster but friends with low ceilings have Quick Jacks which work well. Easy to maneuver and plenty of room underneath on a creepy crawler

Since you won't be able to stand under a 2-post lift, maybe a quick-lift type lift would work for you? Some you drive on, some slide in from the side.  Here's a slide-in example, 3" collapsed height:
