[Healeys] Vapor lock gas

In Hong Kong we have a choice between "Regular" and "Premium" but bizarrely
it is all 98 RON, maybe there's a few more additives in the Premium
Fuel?!?!?! who knows.

Price is typically just about USD 10 a gallon, but there is no ethanol in
the fuel..... so I have that going for me.

Now you know why my BJ9 is a Tesla, the amount I save on fuel costs per
month pays for my monthly car payment!  No joke!
