Josef,

I live in England and have driven widely across much of western Europe, 
including France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy. I drive regularly 
down country lanes with deep ditches and walls. So by your criteria I 
*can* comment.

I have to say that I am appalled and that yours is one of the most crass 
and unfeeling comments that I have ever heard. That could have happened 
to any one of us on the list. We should all be grateful that it wasn't 
us, regardless of age.

I have tried to make allowance for the fact that English is not your 
mother tongue and am well aware of differences of expression and 
directness throughout Europe. Nonetheless your remark lacks common humanity.

You are of course entitled to your opinion, but should know when to keep 
it to yourself.

Now let's get back to Healeys!
