[Healeys] Intake/Exhaust gasket

According to Felpro the smooth side of the exhaust gasket goes against the
cylinder head, which makes perfect sense in that it is a smooth machined
surface whereas the inside of the manifold flange is a rough casting.
Smooth to smooth and rough to rough....
