[Healeys] Exchange rate

I tried to buy some carpet underfelt from Woolies a few weeks ago and they
wanted $100 just to ship it.  I then added to the order figuring I get as
much as possible in the box, basically small  pieces.  The cost of shipping
increased by 50%.  I decided to hell with it.
