[Healeys] 3000 turn signal control box access

Ken, it's mostly just relays and terminals in the box. Try cleaning them up
before investing in new...
I can't remember having to cut the hose to get access, so I'm wondering if
you can get it to move by loosening all of it's mounts?
Finally, I think I remember being able to remove a relay box with the hose
in place by working across the car from the other side. It was painfully
slow, but doable, especially when using something to keep my body weight
off the fender.
